2. Product Information

• All items are handmade and custom-made, which means minor variations in color, design placement, or finish may occur. This is a natural part of handcrafted work and is not considered a defect.
• Our glitter tumblers are created in a snow globe-style, designed to include small air bubbles that allow the glitter to move. These bubbles are intentional and necessary.
• Please be informed that the glitter will not stay suspended for long — it will naturally settle within 2–3 minutes after shaking. This is expected and part of the snow globe effect.
• Decal stickers are made from waterproof vinyl, suitable for smooth surfaces like tumblers. However, hand washing only is recommended. Avoid scrubbing, soaking, or dishwashers to maintain durability and appearance.

3. Visual Disclaimer

All product images, mockups, and visuals shown on our website or social media are for illustration purposes only.

• Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, editing, and handcrafted variation.
• Final products may not look exactly the same as samples, mockups, or reference photos.
• Refunds will not be issued based on minor differences in visuals or expectations from preview images.

4. Processing Time

• All products are made to order. Our standard processing time is 7–10 regular days, including weekends.
• This does not include shipping time, which varies depending on the courier and delivery location.
• Please allow for potential delays during festive seasons, high volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping

• All orders are shipped via reputable courier services with tracking numbers provided.
• Each parcel is insured in case of damage caused during delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

6. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only if your item is damaged due to courier mishandling.

To be eligible:

• Submit a clear unboxing video or photo proof showing the damage and original packaging.
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

❗ Important Notes:

• We do not accept refund or replacement requests if the parcel is opened more than 7 days after delivery.
• Minor imperfections (like air bubbles, slight off-center designs, or glitter settling) are not eligible for refund or replacement.
• Change-of-mind purchases are strictly not accepted.

7. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item qualifies under our refund and replacement policy (see Section 6).

8. Customization Responsibility

• Customers must ensure all customization details (e.g. name spellings, glitter colors, decal selections) are correct before checkout.
• Jinxypixy is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer.
• If we make a mistake on our end, we will happily remake and reship the item at no additional cost.

9. Use of Website

By using our site, you agree not to:

• Interfere with website performance or attempt to breach security.
• Copy, reproduce, or use our content, designs, or photos without written permission.
• Submit any false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order.

We are not liable for:

Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase amount of the item.
