We offer double-walled glass cups with bamboo lids and acrylic straws, decorated with glitter and decal stickers.

Each cup is handcrafted and designed with a “snow globe” concept – this means the glitter inside the walls is not filled to the top on purpose. The space allows the glitter to flow and move freely when shaken, creating a magical snow globe effect.

We currently do not offer custom name or text personalizations. Customers can customize by choosing their preferred glitter base and decal design only.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is damaged due to mishandling by the courier, we can offer a refund or replacement as insurance coverage is included with every shipment — please provide unboxing proof (video/photo) for claim purposes. ⚠️ Please inspect your parcel upon arrival — once opened more than 7 days after delivery, we cannot accept refund claims for damaged items.

Tiny air bubbles between the inner and outer walls are normal and necessary for double-walled glass cups. They allow the inner glass to expand safely, especially with temperature changes, and are part of the structural integrity.

To keep your cup in its best condition:

• Hand wash only
• Avoid soaking the bamboo lid
• Do not scrub the decal
• Not microwave or dishwasher safe

Our cups are designed with either a bamboo lid or a bling lid, both offering a secure fit to help reduce spills. However, neither lid is fully leakproof. We recommend keeping your cup upright at all times and avoiding placing it in bags or tilted positions to prevent leakage.

Each cup is made to order. Please allow 7–10 regular days (including weekends) for processing before shipping.

Our glitter cups are designed to create a snow globe effect — they need to be shaken to fully activate the floating glitter. After sitting still for 2–3 minutes, the glitter will naturally settle at the bottom. Just give it a gentle shake to enjoy the full sparkle again!
